Nysella is an AI companion for adults who want to talk things through, reflect on what matters, make sense of everyday decisions and relationships, and support personal growth at their own pace.
What can Nysella help with?
Use Talk when you want to put something into words, Decide to explore options and priorities, Reflect to understand an experience, Relationships to consider communication or boundaries, and Grow to choose a small step. You can combine modes or begin without knowing which fits.
How does Nysella work?
You start a text conversation or, when voice is available, speak. Nysella can listen, ask questions, explore another perspective, or help you consider possible next steps. Optional exercises are available. Its responses are generated by AI and can be mistaken; you choose what feels relevant.
What does memory mean here?
Continuity, Personal Memory and Pattern Analysis are independent controls that start off. If you enable continuity, relevant summaries can help you return to a thread. A personal memory is saved only when you approve it, and you can edit or delete it. With permission, Pattern Analysis can show a topic recurring across at least three separate conversations. These observations can be wrong and are not diagnoses; Nysella does not remember everything.
How private is Nysella?
You control whether Nysella uses continuity, approved personal memories and Pattern Analysis. A Private Session is not added to Nysella conversation history and does not retrieve prior conversation context. The service and its providers may still process or retain information under their policies, so Private Session is not a promise of zero third-party retention. Read the Privacy Notice before sharing sensitive information.
Is Nysella a therapist, and does it make decisions for me?
No. Nysella is AI, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor or emergency service. It does not diagnose or provide treatment. It can help you consider a decision, but does not make the choice for you. You remain the decision-maker.
How is Nysella different from a general-purpose chatbot?
Nysella organizes conversation around Talk, Decide, Reflect, Relationships and Grow, with separate user controls for continuity, saved memories and private sessions. These are product features, not a guarantee that its answers are always right or that providers retain no information. A general-purpose chatbot may also be useful; choose the tool whose controls and style fit what you need.
When might human support be more appropriate?
A trusted person or qualified professional may be a better fit when you need care, expertise, or help that requires a human relationship. If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Nysella does not contact anyone on your behalf.
