Your story deserves care.

Keep control of what you share and what Nysella remembers. This notice describes the current implementation; a launch policy needs legal review.

What is stored

In a connected account, Nysella stores your profile, settings, normal conversations and the memories, decisions and actions you choose to save. Summaries require continuity or pattern consent. Billing records contain credit amounts and payment identifiers, not conversation content. The local demo keeps its content only in this tab’s memory.

Independent choices

Continuity, Personal Memory and Pattern Analysis start off. Turning them off stops their use; it does not silently delete existing history. You can delete individual conversations or memories and export or delete your account in Settings.

Private means no Nysella history

Private Session does not write messages, summaries, memories, patterns, decisions or actions. Its temporary text disappears when you end it or refresh. Provider-side store controls are applied where supported, but providers and infrastructure may retain data under their policies. Ordinary content-free usage records still apply.

Who processes information

A connected deployment uses Supabase for accounts and data, OpenAI for AI processing, Lemon Squeezy for billing and the hosting provider for delivery. Human-support links open an external provider only when selected. No advertising trackers, session recording or conversation analytics are included.

Retention and deletion

User content remains until you delete it. Account deletion removes application content and the authentication account; provider backups and legally required payment records may have separate retention. No claim of zero retention or regulatory certification is made. A deployment-specific retention schedule and privacy contact must be approved before launch.
